01 What This Site Is

VerbosAI is a personal knowledge operating system and professional platform operated by Chris Straley. It serves two functions: a public portfolio and services site for Syntaxis — a managed web services practice serving clients in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area — and a private knowledge base, script library, and prompt library accessible only to the operator.

The Syntaxis brand is used for client-facing communications. VerbosAI is the underlying platform. References to either name on this site refer to the same operation.

02 Use of the Contact Form

The contact form collects your name, organization, technical environment, and a description of your problem for the sole purpose of evaluating and responding to potential engagements. Submitting accurate information helps ensure a useful response. Submissions are not marketing opt-ins and you will not be added to a mailing list.

03 Protected Content

Certain sections of this site — including the Knowledge Base, Script Library, Changelog, and Prompt Library — are protected by authentication and are accessible only to the operator. Attempting to access protected routes without authorization is prohibited.

04 Managed Client Portals

Syntaxis provides scoped administrative portals to managed service clients. Access to these portals is governed by the service agreement between Syntaxis and the client. Client portal access is limited to authorized personnel only and may be revoked at any time.

05 Intellectual Property

All original content on this site — including journal entries, KB notes, scripts, architectural decision records, and prompt templates — is the intellectual property of Chris Straley. You may reference or link to public content for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Reproduction, redistribution, or derivative commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks, tools, and platform names referenced on this site (Datadog, Kafka, AWS, Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, and others) remain the property of their respective owners. No endorsement is implied.

06 Third-Party Services

This site is hosted by Vercel, Inc. and uses Vercel Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service that does not track individuals. Email correspondence initiated via the contact form is processed through Resend. Client data is stored in Supabase and is not accessible to public visitors.
